Below is the letter of October 18, 2016 that we sent to Dr. Eric Hoskins, Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, asking that he do the right thing and refer the matter of the controlled act of psychotherapy back to the Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council (HPRAC) for review and legitimate public consultation before taking any further steps to proclaim it or allow 6 unaccountable self-interest medical-model corporations (regulatory colleges) to interpret the legislation.
