Here is just one of many examples.

Region of Peel Public Health Staff claimed in a June 2014 memo (see page 2) that a 2006 Michigan study conclusively proved that HFSA dissociates 100% in drinking water and therefore residents public do not come in contact with it (and hence toxicology studies on HFSA are not needed).

FACT: The 2006 Finney (Michigan) study cited by Regional Staff used a higher-than-pharmaceutical grade HFSA, AND, high purity deionized water devoid of impurities: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16683594  The Michigan study does not remotely reflect fluoridation in Peel.
